Terms of service
Established and last updated: 26 August 2026. English translation of the Japanese terms.
These terms govern use of OrbitRabbit, the membership satellite-information database provided by the OrbitRabbit operator. By using the service, you are deemed to agree to these terms.
1. Service
The service supplies satellite research data and analysis based on public information. Available content depends on the plan: Free, Standard, Premium or Professional.
2. Intellectual property
Copyright in the database, analysis and reports belongs to the operator or the relevant rights holders. Content may be viewed for personal research only. Copying, republication, redistribution, sale or use for machine-learning training requires the operator's prior written consent.
The Professional internal-use terms take precedence within their stated scope for organizational business use, internal quotation and retention of acquired reports.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate registration information and manage your password responsibly.
- Sharing an account with another person is prohibited. The operator may suspend an account if sharing is found.
- The operator may delete an account without prior notice for a violation of these terms.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Scraping or high-volume access using automated collection tools.
- Redistribution, public disclosure or secondary commercial use of acquired data.
- Exploitation of service failures or defects.
- Conduct contrary to law or public order and morals.
5. Fees and payment
- Paid-plan fees are the tax-inclusive amounts shown on the pricing page, payable by credit card through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month and continue to be charged unless cancelled.
- Paid monthly fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid plan at any time from your account page. No prorated refund is provided. Access continues until the end of the paid subscription period.
7. Disclaimers
- All information is based solely on public sources. It does not make definitive claims about a satellite's purpose, affiliation or performance.
- Analysis includes hypotheses and estimates. Confidence assessments do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.
- The operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the service except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator.
- Service may be interrupted for system failures, maintenance or similar reasons.
8. Changes
The operator may change these terms when considered necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this site.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The court with jurisdiction over the operator's location has exclusive agreed jurisdiction over disputes relating to the service.
